Returns (14 Days)
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be approved, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Free of damage, stains, perfume, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be received before a refund can be issued.
Final Sale Items (No Returns)
For hygiene and inventory reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible
for return:
- Earrings.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom or special orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the
original payment method.
If you paid using Klarna (or another third-party payment provider), refunds will be
processed back through that provider according to their terms.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several
business days to appear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service.
